Probably. The store says the price is lower during Early Access and may rise closer to full release. No official post text gives a date or a new price. If you are going to buy, sooner is the cheaper side of that statement.
Planned for the full version: more maps, weapons and vehicles, new vehicle types including fighter jets, expanded weapon categories, more objective variations, deeper progression and a stronger seasonal meta game, plus ongoing balance and performance work.
Next on the list from Patch 0.11: community server favourites, tiered priority queues for community servers, a Message of the Day prompt, better warmup activities, an option to disable AFK kicking during seeding, and team switching controls. BULKHEAD says these are separate from Season 2 content.
