No. A FOB is a build zone, not a respawn point.
Your team's forward spawn is the M113 APC. It appears at your base when any faction reaches 20 points. Someone has to drive it to the front and park it, and it only works as a spawn while stationary. Parking it at a FOB with cover protects it.
Enemies can stop spawns on an APC without destroying it by shooting the antenna or radar dish on its roof, so guard it.
