Voice or mic cuts out mid-match: open the scoreboard and press U twice to mute and unmute, or toggle Voice Chat off and on in settings. Check Windows microphone permissions and whether you are on push-to-talk. Season 1 fixed voice dying permanently after a failed join, so update first.
Stuck on audio-device selection, or no sound at all: set your Windows output format to 24-bit / 44.1 kHz. That is one report and the bug is still open.
Mouse spinning or punching on its own: another controller or macro is conflicting. Disconnect other input devices. Also one report, still open.
Flight sticks: HOTAS bindings do not persist between sessions, so expect to remap each time. If mouse and keyboard stop controlling the helicopter, disable HOTAS.
